Another feeble minded comment. Just because he is big doesnt mean he took roids. You CAN get big without them. Look at Magnus Sammuelsson. Lesnar has been lifting before his teen years. 210lbs in high school. 280lbs his senior year of college. If he took roids to get that big he would have been caught back in college after winning multiple titles. 2 years after college he joined the WWF. During those 2 years he packed on 20lbs. The "average" person can put on 10-15lbs of muscle a year.
most definately. Wrestlings all about stayin off your back, but a good jiujitsu fighter can win in any position if he knows what he's doing.

yup royce lost, but to be honest it was a combination of many things - hughes wrestling and bjj that made a big difference. plus it was no-gi instead of gi (royce has almost always opted to wear the gi, and UFC dont allow it), plus royce was pretty old and doesn't cut weight whereas hughes does.
as for coleman - team hammer house (randleman in particular) had the most potential out of any mma fighter, but like you say they didn't evolve and got left behind
Dont forget the legend Royce himself was dominated by the wrestling of of Matt Hughes.
Mark Coleman just never evolved his game like most serious competitors.
