14. xXx This helps with increasing intuition, consolidation of memory, relaxation and healing. For best results listen to this at least 5 times a week for 6 to 8 weeks. 16. Estrader :) I believe these Solfeggio tones work best with several tones, most of my tracks have that. Also use them daily as it is trough regular listening that the advance of consciousness & vibration is obtained. Select 1 or 2 tracks & listen 5 times a week Minimum for at least 6 weeks with headphones. then select another 1 or 2:) That is why I have made so many :) Use them all.

18. Weird...This puts me in a hypnotic trance, but I'm easily irritated if I have a conversation while I play this. Its similar to someone disturbing me while I'm focused on a difficult game. If I'm undisturbed I slow down my thinking process and relax.
