- He's Donyo Donev, not Dinyo Donev... That's why I couldn't find the movie with a normal search and was thinking about uploading it myself... Please fix the name and even include it in the keywords. As for the responsibility - actually this movie is related to communism - there's always this bad quality of production and there are never rational reasons behind the bad quality to blame.

- As you know even a foreigner can understand what that is, since the moral is the same all over the world. Whenever there is a failure, the officials have to blame somebody, even though nobody is responsible for the accident. That way the community gets its satisfaction.
