15. You can, if you want a certain idea. If I were playing over a dominant scale, I would at a little more focus on that 7th and resolve it to a root, directly or indirectly. So if, I'm the G pentatonic like the video, I might play a funky rhythm on the 7 (F) and then play longer G note to resolve the tension. The fourth, at least in major (unless you play it up or down the scale to add a bit of tension like the video says), I would completely stay away from playing. It can be a nasty one.

17. Earplugs? No, no way you, your kidding. You didn't said you play woith earplugs did you? You should play ATLEAST 1 hour a day though 3 hours would be ideal. 22. It's like buying a car. If you will buy expensive saxophone it will work very well but you have to practice every day if you want to achive great sound. I payed 3800€ for my saxophone (Alto saxophone-Selmer series III) it is very expensive but i play sax for 7 years so if you are a begginer i recommend you to buy cheap saxophone if you are a begginer that you don't waste money. Good luck buying a saxophone. By the way what kind of sax are you buying?
